All Sales Are Final
No Refunds on Digital Products.
All purchases of digital products — including PDF guides, study materials, practice workbooks, exam blueprints, and any other downloadable content — are final and non-refundable. Because our products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds once a download link has been issued or accessed.
This policy applies to all digital products sold through SeriousCivilEngineer.com and its associated Gumroad store, including but not limited to:
- FE Civil Exam Blueprint
- FE Civil Practice Workbook
- Civil Engineering Internship Playbook
- Any study plans, trackers, templates, or supplemental digital materials
- Any future digital products offered through the Website or Gumroad store
Before You Buy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Before completing a transaction, we encourage you to:
- Review the full product description and any available preview or sample content on the product page
- Read through our FAQ if you have questions about what is included
- Contact us directly at jay@seriouscivilengineer.com with any pre-purchase questions — we are happy to help you determine whether a product is right for you before you buy
We would much rather answer your questions upfront than have you purchase something that is not the right fit.
Technical Delivery Issues
If you complete a purchase and do not receive your download link, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from Gumroad
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct
- Check your Gumroad account library if you created an account at checkout
If you have completed these steps and still cannot access your purchase, contact us at jay@seriouscivilengineer.com within 7 days of your transaction with your order number. We will work to resolve any documented technical delivery failure promptly.
Resolution of a verified technical delivery failure does not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy and does not entitle any other purchaser to a refund.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product — rather than contacting us directly to resolve any concern — constitutes a violation of these terms. The Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed in contravention of this policy and to provide documentation of delivery to the relevant payment processor.
